The Rotary Bottle Washing Machine
is a compact, multi functional, multi featured and highly efficient
machine, meets the GMP requirements of washing. It is ideal for the
washing of the glass and plastic bottles. The machine works on the
rotary principle with “GENEVA” mechanism. The machine is provided with
solenoid valve to reduce the leakage and wastage of the water. To avoid
the contamination of water cycle, the machine is provided with the
stationary spray nozzles, collection tray and recirculation system.
The Automatic Air Jet Vacuum Cleaning Machine is ideally made for the washing of the glass and plastic bottles. The machine works on the linear principle and “INVERTER” mechanism. The machine is provided with clutch operated star wheel. It is consists of the high efficient blower and separate control for the air pressure. The machine is also works with the back pressure. The cleaning section is equipped with the continuous vacuum system. There is a pair of nozzles to flush the air in to the bottle.
The Cartooning Machine works on the principle of pneumatic operated assembly. There is a feeding tray where the fold or unfold cartons are placed. According to the cartoon size, the upper and lower comprising change parts of the main holder plates. The cartons are sucked by the vacuum and passed by some pneumatic operation. The mechanical speed is about the 60 cycles per minute. it is a cGMP model, designed ergonomically. The machine is provided with high precision indexer to avoid the jerks.
