An addition to the seals, the bellow seals

The rubber bellow seals consist the characteristic of self aligning feature. Rubber bellow seals protect shaft and sleeve from fretting. It can be repaired on the filled which minimize the cost and repairing time. It is the low cost seals has its vast uses in compressors, refrigerators, mixers, agitators, turbine pumps, centrifugal pumps etc. The seal consists single coiled spring driving band and disc.

The bellows are mainly made from neoprene vition. And nitrile rubbers. The bellow made from various raw materials like ceramic, satellite and tungsten carbide depending upon the service demand. The seals are reliable to use for hot and cold water pump, hydraulic pump and motor, air compressors.

The Teflon bellow mechanical seals are mainly used in chemical industries.  It is corrosive resistant seals. It has clamp type ceramic seal protects against corrosive action. It is used for extremely corrosive chemicals such as acids, salts, strong oxidizing and reducing agents.

There are two main part of the seal. The metallic components clamping ring and springs which are located outside the media. There are various types of seals available with respect to need of a customer.
