The Bag Filter
Accessories of good quality, enhances the efficiency of the
pollution control unit as well as the working ability of the plant.
Various types of fluids
are used for the removal of the contaminants by the Cartridge Filter,
depending upon the requirements. The cartridge filters are available in variety
of sizes and specifications. The cartridge filters have the higher capacity to
hold the particulates during filtration. It is used to remove the atmospheric
dust, smoke, fumes and solid contaminants of the system with other filters.
The bag supporting cages
and ventures are designed to support the bag filter internally. The cages give
support to hold the bag open during the application. So, during the collection
of the particulate, the cages and ventures help the bag to remains steady and
help to bear the pressure. The cages have maximum vertical wires with
horizontal ring to enhance the performance.
The pollution control
system contains the pulse jet timer to indicate the pulse duration time and the
interval time. The timer contains the digital display.
The system consists of
the solenoid valve and Rotary Airlock valve. The rotary airlock valve is a dust
discharge component. It consists of the geared drive and rotor.
