There are many processes applied for tablet coating. Tablet coating is applied to the tablet to minimize the medicinal odors and flavors. Commonly the tablet coating procedures are the aqueous coating system. The tablet coating machine is made sturdy from the high grade material, base plate are of MS. The coating pan is directly mounted on the gear box shaft with 300° angle. Coating pan is made of the SS 304. Tablet Coating Machine is provided with the hot air blower for the temperature control. It is also provided with one separate electric control panel and separate polishing pan.

Dryers are provided with the fully automatic temperature control system. Trays are available in SS 304/316. All trays have coved corners. In Tray dryer machine, Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are placed in the double walled cabinet. In tray dryers Fiber glass wool insulation material is filled between two walls of the cabinet and gaskets are attached with doors to avoid transfer of heat.
